Yummy replica of a sweet treat breakfast item McDonald’s used to sell years ago. (Personal childhood favorite).

Ingredients
  • 1 oz of Can Refrigerated Biscuits (12oz)
  • 1 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ C of Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp of Salted Butter (Melted)
  • 1 C of Powered Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp of Salted Butter (Melted)
  • 1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp of Milk of Choice
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. (Or whatever temp the biscuits can gave you).
  2. Lightly grease an (8×8) baking dish and set aside.
  3. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. (Or more, I cut into 8 pieces).
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the cinnamon and brown sugar until fully combined.
  5. Add in the biscuits, and toss to coat completely. (Can be difficult to get to stick, toss some butter in or let biscuits defrost a bit).
  6. Pour the biscuits into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter on top of the biscuits.
  8. Place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are baked through. (Or whatever time the biscuits can gave you).
  9. For the glaze: beat together the glaze ingredients until smooth. (The last 4 ingredients, order doesn’t matter).
  10. For the glaze: pour the glaze evenly over the slightly cooled biscuits. (Toss biscuits in the glaze, or pour, or dip, doesn’t matter, still delicious).
