Perfect Pumpkin Pie

A simple and traditional dessert for the perfect ending to a Thanksgiving feast!

Ingredients
  • 15 oz of canned pumpkin puree
  • 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of ground ginger
  • ½ tsp of ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 1 9" unbaked pie crust
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt in medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour into crust.
  4. Bake 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking 35-40 minutes, or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before garnishing as desired.
  7. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
