Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of self-raising flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.
- Grease an 8" or 9" round cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, whip together the eggs and sugar until fluffy, then lightly fold in the flour.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top of the cake springs back when lightly pressed. Allow it to cool completely.
- Optional: sprinkle with icing sugar.
