Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients
- 25 Oreo cookies
- ½ C of butter (melted)
- 2 C of marshmallow creme
- ¼ C of creme de menthe liquer
- 2 C of whipping cream
Directions
- Crush the Oreo cookies, but set aside 1/4 cup of the cookie crumbs for later.
- Place the cookie crumbs in a medium bowl, and mix in the melted butter.
- Press the cookie mixture firmly into bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whip together the marshmallow creme and creme de menthe until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the marshmallow mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a pan and sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs on top.
- Freeze at least 2 hours until firm.
- Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving for slightly softening the pie.
