Ingredients
  • 16 oz of canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 C of vegetable oil
  • ⅔ C of water
  • 3 C of sugar
  • 4 C of flour
  • 2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 ½ tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp of ground clove
  • 1 tsp of allspice
  • 4 eggs
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Slowly combine the pumpkin puree, oil, and water.
  4. Add one egg at a time until each are combined.
  5. Grease 3 medium or 4 small loaf pans, and evenly pour the mixture into each pan.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
