Ingredients
- 16 oz of canned pumpkin puree
- 1 C of vegetable oil
- ⅔ C of water
- 3 C of sugar
- 4 C of flour
- 2 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp of ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp of ground clove
- 1 tsp of allspice
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Slowly combine the pumpkin puree, oil, and water.
- Add one egg at a time until each are combined.
- Grease 3 medium or 4 small loaf pans, and evenly pour the mixture into each pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes.
